Ghost koi does it again, it seems to be my best catching pike fly at the moment.

Here's a pikey,

Caught in a very small shallow stream in the polders.

Ghost koi madness

Kinda went crazy on these, started tying and just couldn't stop.
I got inspired by the real ghost koi's with their yellow, orange and white colors.
I know i made them in more colors, like i said i just couldn't stop.
Best of all they catch fish and demand is picking up.

beast fiber hollow ty, blended with fine flash (sparse), fish skull fish mask 8,5.

Overall size is about 12-14 cm.

These got me thinking of some neon colors. pic's will follow.

Trout catching minnows

Just love'd tying these, just made a whole bunch of them, and kept some for me.

Mostly i would fish the white or black one, but just love the gold one move in the water.

These are made with marabou, mink zonker, ice dub, fish mask #4.

A little tip for those who don't like to play with uv or epoxy heads,
these fish masks make a nice head, you fix them with superglue and thread wraps
and the best of all you don't add weight.

Just toying around, here 's a goldfish you don't have to feed.

Beast fiber orange, angelhair hends.
Just a 4 step hollow tie.
Made it as a gift to a good friend.

muddler try outs

Before you all think i just ty pike streamers, here are some muddler tube's.

Muddler tube heads; marabou; chenille; arcticfox; some flash; pro tubes.
I personally like the tube style, you always have a sharp hook, especially when you fish between the rocks like you do with these, you just change out the hook.

Like i promised, the finished product.

39 finished in total of 3 h, not bad i think.

How do i skin one of these,
i think its a years supply of craft fur, lets get tying.
Seen them running around in green, yellow, orange,... need to come back and hunt some more.

Got a little carried away, started tying,
















an hour later, ... serious problem,... don't have enough eyes, now i won't sleep until i found some to complete the surf candy's.
@ the suppliers 40 hooks/ package is not enough, i need more, im a fly tying junkie, i need more...

sun, fun but no fish to show for it.

The solution when fishing in weedy or branchy circumstances, if the fish won't play then i will.

These were tied on a fox rage offset dropshot hook with a little lead on them, the sonic disk on the bottom one adds a lot of action to the fly. 

And the most important of all, just pull them trough weeds, branches, you don't have any excuses anymore not to fish those places.

pumpkin fun

Here are the pumpkin twins in a race,

Haloween special's

Going along with the haloween craziness i just let myself go.

What do you guys think.

This is an orange pike tube in haloween colors, about 30 cm long and is castable with a 9w rod.
